Ingredients
1 pound ground beef: The main protein that adds richness to the dish.
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup: For creaminess and flavor.

Instructions
Step 1: Brown the Ground Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, brown 1 pound of ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
Step 2: Combine the Ingredients
In the slow cooker, combine the browned beef, 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, 1 can of diced tomatoes (with juices), 1 cup of frozen corn, 1 cup of frozen green beans, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Stir the mixture well to combine all the ingredients evenly.
Step 3: Add the Tater Tots
Layer 1 package of frozen tater tots evenly over the top of the beef and vegetable mixture in the slow cooker.
Step 4: Cook
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the tater tots are crispy and golden brown.
Step 5: Add Cheese and Serve
About 15 minutes before serving, sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top of the casserole, cover, and allow the cheese to melt.
